Relaxing:

It's simple to get started and easy to maintain.

Minute 1-4 -- Dispnese our Relaxing Bubble Bath gel under warm running water in a bathtub and put on a relaxing CD (like or Reflections on God's Word CD)

Minutes 5-15 -- Soak in the tub with a favorite magazine and count your blessings

Minutes 16-20 Pat dry skin and let water run from the tub

Minutes 20-25 -- Apply Relaxing Lotion and dress in warm P.J.'s

Minutes 25-30 -- Spritz on Relaxing Body Spray and climb into bed. Rub a Lotion Bar on your feet and hands. Sleep 8 full hours
