STRESS RELIEF:

Ahh the tubStress is a state of mind that manifests itself in your tissues. The time you take for yourself will pay off in many ways in your life. Begin by finding quiet time. Can't find it in the evening? Try early morning before the kids wake up. Run a hot bath and place half of our Shea Butter Bath Bomb under the running water. Use this time while the tub is filling to find a good book or magazine.

Why now you may be asking yourself. It's because "I respect your time". Yes, that's right.
